  We had a great time and wonderful Christmas lunch at Chilverton Cottages. The accommodation was superb and surrounding grounds very restful and enjoyable. The dogs loved it too!! Would recommend this facility to anyone wanting to experience the Tablelands in a wonderful atmosphere with tremendous food.

  Was a tranquil place but very out of the way to the main attractions of the tablelands and we didn’t see the sun while we were at our cottage. No phone reception and not much to do there and very over priced I feel for what we received and quite a lot of rules that are requested to be followed. Otherwise if you just want a very quite place if no one has dogs barking there and love the indoors then it was ok.

  Chilverton Cottage's is a beautiful hinterland retreat and pet friendly. The cottages were extremely clean & comfortable. The remote bushland & nature views are relaxing. A great pet friendly place to relax & get away from hustle & bustle of city life & very Australian with platipus in the stream & wildlife

  We have been to these cottages before and were looking forward to returning as we really enjoyed our stay last time.
  
  We stayed at one of the creek-side cottages that overlook the water. The focus of the setting is the lovely bushland and gardens that surround the cottage, so you spend a lot of the time out on the deck. The hosts really value their guest’s privacy.
  
  At Chilverton you are paying for the solitude and peaceful aspect with the ability to have your dogs with you. The cottages are clean, and the bed is big and comfortable . Having a dog run and lots of paths around the property means that you can walk your pupper and have a lot for both of you to explore. The hosts can even dog sit for you if you ask to travel solo during the day.
